00:00 Two men pleaded not guilty in the Bentong Magistrates' Court on Wednesday to a charge of breaking into a casino room in Genting Highlands last month and stealing 1,160 casino chips worth RM4.6 million.
00:14 32-year-old Kho Boon Sing and 38-year-old Hu Chi Chuan were charged, with two others still at large.
00:21 The offence was allegedly committed at a Twilight III room at Sky Casino Genting Highlands at 7.12am on October 28.
00:31 Both were charged under Section 457 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 34 of the same Act.
00:38 They faced a jail term of up to five years and a fine.
00:42 If the offence includes theft, the jail term could be extended to 14 years, with a repeat offence also carrying a fine or reaping.
