Muhyiddin cleared of four charges, three remain in Jana Wibawa trial

The High Court has acquitted former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin of four charges in his Jana Wibawa corruption trial, including a RM200 million bribery charge and three money laundering counts.

Justice Noor Ruwena Md Nurdin ordered the discharge after the prosecution said it would not proceed under Section 254(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
