Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly and Sarah Hyland were among the stars who dressed up as film and TV characters this Halloween despite strict rules laid out by SAG-AFTRA amid the actors strike. Ahead of Halloweekend, SAG-AFTRA released costume rules that stated striking actors were not allowed to dress up as characters from struck content and post photos on social media.
