00:38 are the highest in the country.

00:39 Single highest place in the country.

00:41 And we'll cut them down to less than half.

00:50 You know, if you built a pipeline

00:52 through a very poor section of New York State --

00:54 very poor section where they want it so badly,

01:28 "Oh, it only went up 5 percent or 6 percent last year,"
