During a press conference on Thursday, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) answered a question about whether or not Russian President Vladimir Putin would have been allowed to come to Russia if his legislation had been passed sooner.

00:11You know, that's a good question. Probably not.
00:15And let me just say this, I don't care how we end the war as long as we end it justly.
00:21The children come home. There's no third invasion of Ukraine.
00:26You know, Ukraine's independent and sovereign.
00:28So my point is, we've tried the red carpet approach. It ain't working.
00:36There's more attacks today than there were before.
00:40And this is just a reality.
00:43Poland, eight drones or 19, whatever it is, crosses into Polish airspace.
00:49This is on the wrong trajectory.
00:52And what we're trying to do today is create a tool that will help President Trump in this war.
