01:14 Fairly good. Yeah, I haven't really had a lot of problems. A couple of times in the last few years,
01:22 they've sort of like broke down, where they've had to get another person to come out and sort it out.
01:27 But apart from that, I think they're quite short-staffed.
01:32 Sometimes there is times when they've missed, where the bus hasn't come out.
01:37 But apart from that, I haven't really had any problems with them.
01:41 And do you sort of use them often or not so often?
01:44 I mainly go to the hospital because I've got problems. I've got ill health.
01:47 So I usually go up there for a scan or a blood test or something like that.
01:51 But apart from that, I don't need to really sort of use them for work or anything. I don't rely on them.
01:58 Yeah, so yeah, I'm quite happy with them.
02:02 I think some drivers are a bit rude and some drivers are really, really nice.
02:10 And you sort of say, "Hello, hello."
02:13 But they must get... so many people get on and off, on and off.
02:16 And I think with the younger drivers, it's all new to them, you know?
02:23 So I've got to be polite and sociable, really.

02:32 So in the local area, my son, he's at Chesterfield College, just started.
02:36 And he went for the college bus one morning.
02:41 It's a normal route bus and basically didn't turn up.
02:45 He ended up being an hour late for college.
02:47 Not a great start to his career in construction, really.
02:51 So can you rely upon them? I don't know.
