00:14 around Chicago and Minneapolis.

00:16 I think there's delays in the Northeast

00:18 throughout this morning.

00:19 First, with the front from Buffalo

00:20 toward Montreal with some showers.

00:22 A lot of low clouds around Bangor and Boston.

00:25 That's why we have delays for you.

00:26 And I'll tell you what, around New York City,

00:28 murky this morning. Expect major delays.
