00:00 There's the no campaign that's being run by the opposition and Mr Mundine and Senator
00:09 Jacinda Price.
00:10 But there's another no campaign from First Nations people in this country as well.
00:16 It's the progressive no campaign.
00:18 It's about telling the truth of what happened in this country.
00:23 It's about treaty making.
00:25 It's about King Charles, who's now the head of the institution called the Crown, apologising
00:32 to First Nations people in this country.
00:36 It's not about whether we're racist or we're not racist.
00:40 Our campaign is based on the other two elements of the statement from the heart, truth telling
00:48 and treaty making.
00:50 Australia is the last country in the world to settle with its First Nations people.
00:56 We believe that the truth should be told first, then a treaty.
01:01 And then if the First Nations people agree, or the First Nations agree, then recognition
01:07 in the constitution.
01:09 And that's what really the Black Sovereign Movement is about.
01:12 It's about recognising our sovereignty, which is also highlighted in the Orrery Statement,
01:22 but also settling once and for all with First Nations and First Nations people.
01:31 People are telling me if they're voting no, they're voting no.
01:35 If they're voting yes, they're voting yes.
01:38 And I think that's what the community is now.
01:40 They've made up their mind.
01:43 They're not swinging either way anymore.
01:46 I think they understand what the question is.
01:50 They understand where it's going and what's going to happen afterwards.
