00:21 And myself and Professor Kindiki and the rest of us in the security sector, I want to assure the people of Kenya two things.
00:30 One, and we don't tell the people how many security incidents we fought every hour, every day in our country.
00:42 We have put everything in place, our forces, every resource, and we will not stop at anything to make sure our country is safe and secure, primarily from terrorists.
01:04 And that's why this week, the week I just ended, for the first time in the history of Kenya, the Secretary of Defense, my colleague from the US, was here for two days.
01:18 And the US, we work together with them very well, we share intelligence, we work with them both in our country and within the region and the whole of Africa
01:30 to make sure we deal decisively with all terror infrastructure.
01:36 I want to assure the people of Kenya, our teams along the border, in Boni and Clef, in Somalia, we will hunt down terrorists and their cells in our country.
01:54 And on that front, I want to assure the people of Ethiopia and the people of Kenya, we too are undertaking, Your Excellency, that there will be no extrajudicial killing.

02:11 But we will deal with the terror cells and financials within our country and outside our country.
02:24 Yesterday, we had the second one, which you told us the other day, in cabinet.
02:30 We have secured the north-east, the county of Ewea-Marapet, the county of Moringo, the county of Westpoko, the county of Samburu, the county of Tutankhamen.
02:44 And next Tuesday, Your Excellency, with your approval, which you did on Thursday, we will table in cabinet a cabinet memo on how to default the infrastructure, schools, roads, and replace the security in those six counties with the default.
03:06 If the cabinet approves, and we have approved at the sub-cabinet level, which you chair, Your Excellency.
03:13 The people of TRT and the people of those six counties will see more default in those areas.
03:21 But Tuesday, last weekend, the people of Siono, Mulianda, and Kipia, were killed.
03:42 We are not in those six counties.
03:52 We will deal with you the way we are dealing with the ones in Westpoko, in Kuntiati, Moringo, Tutankhamen, Samburu, and Ewea-Marapet.
04:14 We will end the capture of barbiturates under President William Hutu.
04:25 It's a plan. And we are going to build more bases.
04:28 And, Your Excellency, under your direction, and your authority, we have invited the leadership of Siono County.
