00:23 And I hasten to add that all efforts are being put in place to provide the families

00:28 and all the affected with the relevant social and psychological support.

00:32 This is a tragic event, an incident, and one that is unprecedented given

00:37 the number of lives that has been lost in this incident.

00:44 We will do our best to ensure that we act diligently in investigating the fire and

00:49 equally in our pursuit to reclaim the hijacked and

00:53 illegally occupied buildings in the city.
