00:33 is speaking out amid claims that they lied

00:35 to retired NFL star Michael Orr

00:37 and made millions off his name.

00:40 Michael alleges that Leigh-Anne and Sean Toohey

00:42 told him that there was no difference

00:43 between being adopted and entering into a conservatorship.

00:46 This happened in 2004 when he was 18.

00:49 And now Orr wants out.

00:51 He filed to terminate the conservatorship this week,

00:53 which he said allowed the Tooheys

00:54 and their two children by birth

00:55 to pocket over 200 grand each from "The Blind Side."

00:58 Plus a percentage of the film's earnings,

01:01 but the Tooheys see it differently.

01:03 Sean called the allegations insulting,

01:05 while their son, Sean Jr., said he understands

01:07 why Michael's mad, but denied making millions off the story.

01:10 The family's attorney also claims that Orr threatened them

01:13 with a so-called $15 million shakedown

01:16 before filing the petition.

01:18 And the lawyer alleges that Michael has attempted

01:20 to run this place several times before.

01:23 Orr also issued a statement to People

01:25 saying he's disheartened by the revelation

01:27 shared in the lawsuit,

01:28 but that he'll let the lawsuit speak for itself.

01:30 Next up, a star-studded engagement.

05:56 I'm gonna ask you five questions.

05:57 For question number one, you'll give me one answer.

05:59 Question number two, you'll give me two answers,

06:01 and so on and so forth.

06:02 Are you ready to get started?

06:03 - I am.

06:04 - Let's do this.

06:05 You're teaming up with GSK to advocate

06:07 and empower people over 50 to thrive.

06:10 And I gotta say,

06:11 I can't believe that you yourself are in your 50s.

06:13 It seems like your life and career is as busy as ever.

06:15 What is the one thing that happened to you in your 50s

06:18 that you weren't expecting?

06:20 - That the pounds don't fall off like they used to.

06:23 It's so funny how life works,

06:24 because when I was younger,

06:26 I had a cousin who was very curvy like Thelma in "Good Times,"

06:30 and she would get all the attention,

06:31 and I was like a stick,

06:32 so I would eat and I would lay down and go,

06:34 spread, spread.

06:35 And now I'm like, come off.

06:37 I'm in my 50s.

06:39 I was really nervous about shingles.

06:41 I had heard about it,

06:42 but I didn't know much until I walked into my pharmacy

06:45 and I asked the question.

06:47 I said, "How important is it to get the shingles vaccination

06:51 "or can you tell me more about shingles?"

06:53 And she looked at me and she said,

06:54 "It is the most important vaccination you can get."

06:59 And the way she said it to me just resonated with me

07:01 that when I got back in the car,

07:03 I called like three of my girlfriends

07:05 who were in their 50s immediately.

07:08 And I was like, "Guys."

07:09 And they're always like, "Garcelle, what are you up to now?"

07:11 And I'm like, 'cause they always say with me,

07:13 "You miss a day, you miss a year."

07:14 Because so much happens.

07:16 And I was like, "No, no, no, we all have to do this

07:18 "and it's really important."

07:19 So working with GSK and then, you know,

07:22 Thrive at 50+ just makes a lot of sense for me.

07:25 - For me, boundaries have always been a huge part

07:28 of me protecting my mental health.

07:29 And since you work in media,

07:30 what are two ways that you help to maintain your boundaries?

07:33 - Girl, do you know what show I'm on?

07:35 - Let's (beep) you.

07:36 - (beep) you.

07:37 - (beep) you.

07:39 - I can't believe I'm in my 50s and I'm learning boundaries.

07:41 You know, even a smallest thing

07:43 that if I know someone's calling me

07:44 and what they're going to tell me is going to ruin my night

07:47 and I'm about to go to sleep, I'll go, "You know what?

07:50 "It can wait till the morning."

07:51 You know, and I think that goes back to

07:54 taking care of yourself and being healthy and saying,

07:56 "You know what?

07:57 "That doesn't work for me.

07:58 "So I need to really look out for myself."

08:00 - Health is always evolving throughout our whole lives.

08:03 What are three easy ways that people can update

08:05 their healthcare when they hit 50?

08:08 - I would say it's really paying attention to your body.

08:11 We're all so busy that we're always running around thinking,

08:14 especially if you're a mom,

08:15 you're thinking about everybody else but you.

08:17 It's really checking in with yourself

08:19 and making sure that, you know, you know what to expect.

08:23 You know, your immune system weakens as we get older.

08:26 You want to talk to your doctor.

08:27 You want to talk to your pharmacist.

08:28 And it's really important.

08:29 Somebody said to me that going to your doctor

08:33 and having questions already so that you can ask,

08:36 'cause you forget.

08:37 And I think that's one of the most important things too.

08:39 Advocating for yourself, yeah.

08:42 - Now, Garcelle, I know that your beautiful family

08:44 is very important to you,

08:45 which makes taking care of yourself

08:47 that much more of a priority.

08:48 So what are four things you're currently teaching your kids

08:51 and grandkids about health, wellness, and thriving?

08:55 - Okay, so when it comes to thriving

08:57 is really trying to be the best you you can be.

08:59 Whenever my kids are getting out of the car at school,

09:01 I always say, "Be the best you can be."

09:03 Right, and they're like,

09:04 they roll their eyes and they close the door.

09:05 But I know it's getting in there.

09:07 'Cause I've said to them in the past that I go,

09:09 "Oh, you were listening."

09:11 So for me, it's really taking care of yourself,

09:15 boundaries, listening to your body.

09:17 I think that's really important.

09:18 And it's interesting because my grandson,

09:21 talking about him, I've never seen a kid do this.

09:23 And I've raised three young men.

09:25 He goes, "I'm tired."

09:28 And he'll go upstairs and he'll go to bed.

09:30 And I'm like, "Who does that?"

09:33 Like normally it's like, you gotta read them.

09:35 You gotta tell them stories.

09:36 My son, Jax, would always ask a really important question

09:39 before he goes to bed so he can stretch it out.

09:42 But Oliver Jr. goes, "I'm tired."

09:44 And he goes to bed and I'm like, "That's amazing."

09:47 He's already listening to his body

09:49 and taking care of himself.

09:51 - And finally, can you give us five words

09:53 to describe what it's like being Garcelle in your 50s?

09:56 - I would say thriving.

09:59 I would say healthy.

10:01 I would also say tired.

10:04 Hopefully aspirational to someone.

10:06 You know, if I can do it, so can you.

10:08 And I would say aware, aware.
