Cops to call in Sanusi to give statement over ballot paper display, says IGP

Police will call up Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor to give a statement over his alleged display of his marked ballot paper on polling day for the Kedah election on Aug 12.  Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain on Tuesday (Aug 15) said police are investigating the matter under the Election Offences Act following a report lodged, adding that the investigation paper (IP) will be referred to the Attorney General's Chambers once the investigation is completed.
