00:00 A security guard who was walking around a basketball court and carrying a gun was arrested in Quezon City.
00:07 Nico Juae was the one who was arrested.
00:09 On the night of August 3, a resident of Barangay Pasong Tamog, Quezon City was videotaped by two men talking.
00:19 Later, a man in white suddenly slapped his partner.
00:23 In the CCTV footage of the barangay, the two men were seen walking while a gun was pointed at their back.
00:30 The next events were not captured by the CCTV.
00:34 But just 10 minutes after, a man, Mark Anthony Vianzon, a security guard, was arrested.
00:41 According to the Quezon City Police, there were residents who reported to them about the chaos in Vianzon.
00:47 That's why they responded immediately.
00:49 There was a drink in the basketball court and the suspect suddenly came.
00:54 He was smoking. He was challenging those in the basketball court to a fight.
00:59 Actually, there were no commotions.
01:01 My only mistake was in handling the gun.
01:04 Actually, it was turned over to our office.
01:06 But I went to the drink.
01:09 The police added that Vianzon threw a 9mm gun when the police arrived, but it was recovered.
01:17 According to Vianzon, the gun was broken and it was not fired.
01:20 He was looking for legal documents or proof of authority on that gun but he was not provided.
01:32 There was no one who complained.
01:35 That's why the police will file a complaint of alarm and scandal against him and violation of the Comprehensive Firearm and Ammunition Regulation Act.
