PAGASA: 'Isang' exits PAR

Tropical Depression Isang, which intensified into a tropical storm early Saturday, August 23, has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

At 6:30 a.m., PAGASA confirmed that the center of “Isang” had left the PAR.
