DAP's interference with matters involving Islam and the Malays are one of the reasons why PAS severed ties with them, says party president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang.  Abdul Hadi said that the decision was made after several disagreements on various issues including Islam, reinstating local council elections and the issue of mistreatment of certain states.
