00:20Adolfo Tos Capistran, director of regional policy for the Veracruz state government,
00:25said the migrants were in fair to good health but showed signs of dehydration.
00:42Paramedics attended the scene to provide medical care,

00:48and the Attorney General's office carried out the legal and administrative procedures.
