01:00 I mean, the government, the federal government in particular,
01:04 and state governments not affected in the election
01:07 must continue.
01:09 From nominations to elections, there
01:11 should not be use of public funds or government projects
01:16 to campaign.
01:17 That's very clear.
01:18 That's also the cabinet decision.
01:21 But that does not preclude the necessity
01:25 of continuing with the work.
01:27 For example, the Madani announcement,
01:30 that was decided much earlier, prior to the industrial master
01:33 plan and the 12th industrial plan review.
01:41 So must we postpone all this?
01:43 No.
01:44 The work must continue.
01:45 I think people have to be prepared.
01:48 But we must not use--
01:51 for example, there is an impending program of a project
01:57 impending, I think about the 5th of August.
02:00 We decided last month.
02:02 I wouldn't cancel that.
02:04 But certainly, I wouldn't want candidates to be around.
02:07 I don't want posters, party posters.
02:10 It should be purely a governmental program
02:13 that must continue.
02:15 OK?
02:16 Clear?
