At a ceremony to hand over official vehicles used by the state executive councillors back to the government on Friday, caretaker Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari told reporters that Perikatan Nasional has no right to make any offer to tackle the rising cost of living as the coalition had failed to address the issue when they were in power.
