NT government struggling to reform mining royalties system

With hundreds of millions of dollars in mining royalties due to stop in the Northern Territory by the decade's end the territory government is proposing a massive shake-up of the system. The government claims the changes will help attract more mines into the future to keep royalty revenue flowing, but the proposal has some organisations concerned.
