Launceston General Hospital has had a string of adverse coronial findings in the past six years

Tasmania's health union says poor patient outcomes will continue unless there are big changes to the operation of the Launceston General Hospital. A coroner investigating a woman's death last year has criticised the hospital's poor record keeping.
