Perak’s Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah has bestowed the title of "Seniman Diraja" or Royal Artist on famous cartoonist Datuk Mohd Nor Khalid, fondly known as Lat who he praised for highlighting multiculturalism in his caricatures.
