Two years after surgery left Emma Dieters an incomplete quadriplegic, she's found new purpose in para surfing

Emma Dieters went into hospital for spinal fusion surgery but the mother of two from Sydney's Northern beaches came out of the operation an incomplete quadriplegic. Years later Emma has strived on, winning a world championship in para surfing.
