Liv's Takeaway in Blackley is run by the Dias family, and from Monday to Saturday each week they single-handedly prepare delicious Goan-inspired meals for their loyal customers.
The family business has attracted people from far and wide, including as far as the Netherlands, and Liv's was even named Manchester's Best Takeaway in 2022, just a year after opening.
We went down to taste-test some items from their menu and speak to the married couple who bring Goan food to Manchester.
