Friends, today I am sharing two recipes for kids. These delicious items equally suits to elders as well. I made today (1) French Fries (2) Red Chilli French Fries / or French Fries topped with chilli and soya sauce. We usually find it difficult to make dry and crispy french fries at home as we eat in restaurants, However, here I have shown a method, by which you can easily make restaurant style dry crispy french fries at home. Red Chilli French Fries is served as starter in restaurants and it is also an easy recipe to make at home. Juicy, Saucy and spicy red chilli french fries is choice of many in starters while they visit restaurants. I hope you would like these recipes to try at home.

FRENCH FRIES
4 no. of potatoes of medium size (आलू)
Clean with water (पानी से धो ले)
3 tbsp rice flour (चावल का आटा)
3 tbsp corn flour (कोर्न फ्लोर)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पावडर)
Red chilli sauce (रेड चिली सोस)
RED CHILLI FRENCH FRIES
3 tsp oil (तेल)
Chopped garlic cloves (8 to9 )(लहसुन)
Chopped ginger (1 inch) (अदरक)
Chopped green chilies (2 no.) (हरी मिर्च)
Chopped onion (प्याज)
Chopped capsicum (केप्सिकम)
½ glass of water (पानी)
2 tsp red chilli sauce (रेड चिली सोस)
1 tsp dark soya sauce (डार्क सोया सोस)
¾ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
