Minority Leader in the Tobago House of Assembly, Kelvon Morris is calling on the THA to state whether the award of contract to construct a road from Mt. Marie to Dutch Fort was awarded above board.
Mr Morris made the call after the Minority revealed the contents of a letter indicating that a Trinidad contractor from Trinidad was awarded a contract in 24 hours by the THA. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
