How To Get 6 Pack Abs Without A Single Crunch (Crank Your Metabolism With This Workout Routine) Instructions:
Perform each 4 exercises for 45 seconds followed by 10 second breaks in between sets.
Complete all 4 exercises and repeat the round 3 times.
Followed the instructions for Upper Body, Lower Body, Bicep and Tricep, and Core and Conditioning.
Perform 3x per week.

Lower Body

2d: Forward Lunge
Bicep and Tricep

3d: High Curl
Core and Conditioning
