Queen Elizabeth ll Death: King Charles III's wife Camilla is the new Queen Consort, what does it mean?

After seven decades, the United Kingdom is without a queen. However,  they now have a Queen Consort. Charles' wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, will now be known as Queen Consort, a title granted by Queen Elizabeth II after years of debate.
