Queensland flood victims from 2011 are beginning to receive their payouts from the class action against dam operator, sunwater and the state government. But there's a catch some of the most affected are now learning they'll get nothing. Residents in Ipswich west of Brisbane claim they were used as pawns to win the case and now they've been cast aside.
