Reduced fees for some Victorian motorists as VicRoads privatised

Drivers licence renewals and online testing costs will be slashed under a controversial government deal to privatise part of VicRoads. The deal will net Victoria nearly 8-billion dollars to help manage the state's debt. But opponents have accused the government of putting profit ahead of people.
