Hundreds of fish dead after Melbourne chemical spill

Hundreds of fish have been killed by a 'chemical spill' in waterways in melbourne's west. It's not yet known if the cleaning agent has made its way into Port Phillip Bay and environmental authorities are still investigating the cause of the spill.
