New Zealand Prime Minister outlines five-stage reopening plan

Fully vaccinated New Zealanders stranded in Australia will be able to return from the end of the month without entering managed quarantine. Under the five-stage reopening plan, Australian tourists will be able to enter no later than July and travellers from elsewhere will be allowed in October.
