As an archipelago country with over 17,000 islands, Indonesia has various cultures and inheritance of preceding objects. One of them is traditional weapons. Each place in Indonesia owns its specific weapon.
There is Mandau in East Kalimantan province. Mandau is a weapon the Dayak Melayu Tribe owns in the east part of Borneo Island. According to folklore, the full title of this weapon is the mandau ambang birang bitang pojo ayun kayau. See more in the video.
