Communication missing link between varsities, unions, fuels rivalry

University management has a shaky relationship with unions, UASU secretary-general Constantine Wasonga has said. Wasonga said the rivalry is fuelled by a lack of harmonised communication occasioned by a lack of cheques and balances.
