Assembly elections are going to be held in five states including Uttarakhand. The black colored Uttarakhandi cap with the Brahma symbol on PM Narendra Modi's head is being seen as a tribute to the late CDS General Bipin Rawat along with the elections. राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम हो या फिर कोई चुनावी संबोधन, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अक्सर निराले अंदाज में नजर आते हैं। बुधवार को गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर नैशनल वॉर मेमोरियल में सलामी देने गए पीएम मोदी ने कुर्ते पजामे के साथ ही सिर पर काले रंग की उत्तराखंडी टोपी पहन रखी थी। पीएम के इस लुक से पहाड़ी राज्य में होने वाले आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव को साधने की कोशिश के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है। उत्तराखंडी टोपी को यह नया लुक देने वाले सोहम हिमालयन सेंटर के समीर शुक्ला पीएम मोदी के गणतंत्र दिवस पर उसे पहनने से बहुत खुश है। उन्होंने मीडिया से खास बातचीत में कहा कि उत्तराखंड के इस शीश वस्त्र को पहन पीएम ने पूरे पहाड़ी राज्य को सम्मान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2017 में हम इस टोपी में यह छोड़ा सा बदलाव लेकर आए थे। 2017 में हमने सपना देखा था कि एक टोपी हो, जो ट्रेंडी हो और यूथ के बीच भी लोकप्रिय हो। पारंपरिक टोपी में थोड़ा नयापन जोड़ा गया। इसमें ब्रह्म कमल लगाया गया। ऐसा इसलिए किया गया कि यह उत्तराखंड का राज्य पुष्प है। उन्होंने कहा कि टोपी पर एक पट्टी जोड़ी गई, जिस पर चार रंग है। ये रंग जीव, प्रकृति, जमीन, आसमान इससे मिलकर बने हिमालयी राज्य के प्रतीक हैं। समीर के मुताबिक उनकी यह टोपी काफी पसंद की जा रही है। विदेशों में रह रहे प्रवासी भी इसकी मांग करते हैं।
