Prince Andrew has failed to have a civil sexual assault case against him thrown out of a US court. Virginia Giuffre is suing the Duke of York over allegations of abuse which he strenuously denies. The ruling means Prince Andrew could face questioning under oath unless both parties reach a settlement beforehand.
