Johnson & Johnson denied bid to appeal negligence ruling over pelvic implants

Pharmaceutical company Johnson and Johnson has been denied the chance to appeal a ruling which found it was negligent when its pelvic mesh implants caused serious side effects, including chronic pain, in several women.
