Families of missing Gulf Livestock 1 seafarers hope for closure

It has been a year since the live export ship Gulf Livestock 1 capsized in Japan because of rough seas — one of the most tragic maritime incidents in recent years. The vessel had 43 crew members, including 39 Filipinos.
