New call to demolish Kirkcaldy's mutli-storey car parks - the twin Ugly Sisters of the Esplanade

A new seven-point plan to overhaul parking charges in Kirkcaldy town centre has been unveiled, and it includes the long-term proposal to demolish the two poorly used multi-storey car parks to create a significant development site.
