A Kent council has revealed there are no definite plans for a new lorry park between Faversham and Canterbury despite promises for one.

The joint proposals from Canterbury City Council and Swale Borough Council were made seven months ago.

At the time the claimed there was an urgent need for lorry parking facilities.
