Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has ordered a high-level inquiry into the oxygen leak incident at the Zakir Hussain Hospital in Nashik which led to the death of 22 patients. The chief minister has also announced Rs 5 lakh each to the families of the deceased.
