Muguga ward MCA who died of Covid-19 eulogized as a gallant leader

Kiambu Governor James Nyoro announced the death of Muguga MCA Elius Ngugi at Kenyatta University referral hospital where he had been hospitalized due to Covid-19 saying that he will be remember for his efforts to transform the county through his legislative duties.
