This is the horrifying moment a PCSO was dragged along by a car for 30ft when a teenage thug tried to speed away during a routine police stop.
PCSO Kieron Poole had approached Muhammad Nadeem, 19, as he could smell cannabis coming from his parked car on January 25 last year.
