PARAMOUNT DD 45lb Hub Lifting

Got a pair of DD Paramount 45s with the rounded outside edge and man they are hard to Hub Lift!! These are gonna be a challenge for a good long while! After a couple of sets, I brought out a harder plate to Hub Lift, a York DD 20 Kg plate and did a quick pull on that before going to the Paramount. It was an effective strategy. That Paramount Hub is only slightly easier. The contrast effect worked very well in this situation.
