After casting her vote in Darbhanga, Pushpam Priya Choudhary, chief of the Plurals Party said its time, Bihar needs a change. We will win in these elections and form a government. I am not going anywhere, I will stay here and fight. Voting in the Bihar Assembly elections will conclude today(November 7) with the third and final phase of polling. Watch the video.
