Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz announced RM15bil for transport development projects on Friday while presenting Budget 2021 in the Dewan Rakyat.
The projects include MRT3, the Pan-Borneo Highway and the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail.
