Waltz on the balcony: in Paris, cellist plays for his neighbours

"It's my way of participating in the effort, by pleasing people around me" says amateur cellist Bertrand Belmont who is taking advantage of the lockdown to get back into music, with encouragement from his neighbours. France is the fourth most affected country worldwide with 21,856 coronavirus deaths so far.
