43:00: In the USA, newspaper thefts aren't common, but, they do occur. One victim set up a surveillance camera, and got an excellent pic of the jogger who took his paper every day at 5am! He made a huge sign in his yard showing the perp and his crime to the world (it made national news!). The man was, eventually, arrested, made to repay the victim, and was never heard of, again!
41:00: At the very least, cops, who have to deal with potentially dnagerous dogs, should protect their arms with the same padded gear they use for training their K9s, and chain-mail gloves on their hands.
43:00: Unbelievable that the brats would put up such a fuss, just because the cops wanted to check them out; worse, that they spout the "I KNOW THE LAW" lines as taught at Criminal College! ;) I would've put cuffs on each of them to teach them a lesson: All they had to do was shut-up and follow instructions. If they were my kids, I would have kicked them out solely for embarrassing me (on the other hand, who knows what the parents are like; the numpty doesn't fall far from the tree!).
29:40: As soon as criminals say that the cuffs are on too tight (they want the cops to loosen them, so they can wriggle free; even if they get just one hand out, the hanging cuff could be used as a weapon, and even hurt the prat, himself), the cops should make them tighter.
4:00: Malignant Marine should have been put in a brig for 30 days for disgracing Her Majesty's armed forces, demoted, put on mop duty for 60 days, and, possibly, keelhauled. :p
