38:00: Must be an old show, because PIT maneuvers have been and continue to be used in the UK for quite some time. Also, the narrator was wrong about the OJ reference: No PIT maneuvers were used at any time, though, thanks to OJ and his friend (the driver), driving to elude police is, practically, de rigeur, as has PITs. Having said that, PITs have to be re-designed, because they aren't as effective on front-wheel drive cars.
37:00: I get that the perp was unruly (clearly had something to hide, as the cop started frisking him; dumb on his part, as it was going to be found, anyway), but, he was surrounded by cops, who could have put him down without the taser. It's also stupid to do anything with perps in a wide open office with plenty of things to throw, damage, etc.
21:35: I wonder whether the company's other vehicles were checked for red diesel, although, by that time, the shirtless driver would have warned them, and sent them scrambling to drain their vehicles of the misused stuff.
