A potential tropical cyclone is expected to form into Tropical Storm Barry and strengthen into a category 1 hurricane by Saturday. AccuWeather meteorologist Bernie Rayno warns that even though it's expected to be a category 1 hurricane, the impact of the storm could potential be much more severe.
