Narendra Modi Government introduced the fresh bill to ban the practice of instant triple talaq in the Lok Sabha . The Muslim women ( Protection Of Rights of Marriage ) Bill 2019 will replace an ordinance issued previously by Modi Led BJP Government. Now, Government added certain safeguards in the bill so that the proposed law could not be misused.
